As part of our comprehensive ship management service, we allocate Technical Superintendents to groups of vessels to monitor the operation, performance and condition of the vessels including:
- safe and efficient cargo handling and cargo conditioning.
- planned and project maintenance.
- regular condition assessment.
- dry dock planning and supervision.
- budget control.
- certification and vetting.

We attend to all crew related matters, such as recruitment and selection, labor/union relations , long terms planning and pool arrangements, mustering, travel arrangements, provision, allotments, budgeting and accounting.
